neuralprocesslab provides cloud-native SaaS tools engineered for integration, user retention, and recurring revenue management. Our services include but are not limited to subscription billing engines, API gateways, analytics dashboards, onboarding tools, webhook integrations, feature flag systems, support portals, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are specified in the applicable service agreement or order form. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services and any materials provided remain the exclusive property of neuralprocesslab. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables as specified in your service agreement.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for our production services. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits may apply for downtime exceeding SLA commitments as specified in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neuralprocesslab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease use of our services and delete any confidential information received. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Danish Institute of Arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by neuralprocesslab, registered at Søndergade 10, 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark, Danmark.

1. Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for subscription services are handled as follows:

• Monthly Subscriptions: No refund for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: A pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the annual term if cancellation occurs within the first 90 days. After 90 days, no refund is provided for the remaining term.

2. Project-Based Services

For custom development projects and one-time implementations:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees (up to 10% of the project value).
• During Development: Refunds are calculated based on milestones completed. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. A pro-rated refund applies to uncompleted milestones.
• After Delivery: No refund once the deliverables have been accepted and deployed to your production environment.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to [email protected] with your account details, service purchased, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within five (5) business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our services. In such cases, neuralprocesslab reserves the right to terminate the account without refund.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), including a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services. This right may be waived if you explicitly consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights.
